About Our Key Club
The Uniondale High School Key Club is a dedicated group of future leaders who are committed to making changes for the whole world to see. Our club is made possible through our diverse arrangement of students who come together with a common goal of giving back to the community. Our meetings highlight the innovation and creativity of our members in giving back, and every day spent providing assistance to those in need is a day not wasted.

Adelphi University's Humanitarian Conference
On February 7, Uniondale High School's Key Club (Along with the Bridges Club) attended Nassau County's 34th annual Human Rights Awareness Conference at Adelphi University. Both clubs experienced a series of workshops dedicated to being informed about human experiences, and what it takes to be a learning and growing individual in today's society. It was a day packed with lots of learning, and excitement to return next year!

Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive
Trick or Treat for UNICEF Coin Collection
Throughout the month of October, Uniondale High School's Key Club collected coins and currency in support of their yearly Trick or Treat for UNICEF event. This year, proceeds went to providing education material to Africa alongside the Start Strong: Zambia program. Coins were collected through a Penny Wars competition, where students and staff attempted to collect the most coins for their grade/age group. In total, they raised () dollars for a great cause.

Uniondale's 2nd Annual Soccer Jamboree
On September 16th, Uniondale High School’s Key Club participated in the district-wide Soccer Jamboree held at Cornelius Court Elementary School. The members assisted with distributing food and information to the Uniondale families on current events and providing gifts for attending. The members aided the PTA and present staff, while also experiencing the beauty and culture of Hispanic heritage at the wonderful, family-fueled event. The first event with Key Club members present this year, and many more to come!
